Sited in Changpu of Guoju, Everbright Environment features an annual waste disposal capacity of more than 600,000t and a power generation capacity of around 200mln kwh. It's built for "nuisance-free, amount-decreasing and resource-transforming" treatment of domestic garbage of Beilun District and the former Jiangdong District.

There are two tourism routes deployed in the base, one to show around the incineration process of domestic wastes and the other to display the leachate treatment process. Through this tour, visitors could have a deep understanding of the world-leading incineration treatment process for domestic wastes and the modern power generation plant with waste incineration, and appreciate the unique view at the easternmost tip of the Yangtze River Delta.

Initiated as the Dingfeng Winery in the Qing Dynasty, Ningbo Ala Rice Wine Co., Ltd. was officially renamed so in 2004. It is the deputy president unit of the National Rice Wine Association. As one of China's biggest rice wine makers, it boasts a brewing capacity of more than 60,000 tons, ranking 4th among national counterparts.

Ala Rice Wine has also been rated as a famous product, a renowned brand and a time-honored trademark in Zhejiang. As the first wind power plant run by China Guodian Corporation in Zhejiang, the Zongtai Mountain Wind Power Generation Plant in Guoju of Beilun has 30 units in total. Adopting WD77-1500 type variable-slurry constant-frequency doubly-fed wind power generation unit, it features a rated power generation power of 1500kw, a diameter of 77m for rotary wheels, a wheel hub height of 65m, a total weight of 116t for tower cylinder, and a total installed capacity of 45,000kw. After sent to the booster station for pressure boosting through the assembly cable, electricity output from each wind power generation unit will be linked to the power grid to be fed to all households.

Fuquan Mountain Zhongying Wind Power Generation Plant in Beilun is located on the ridge of Fuquan Mountain at the intersection of Baifeng Neighborhood, Chaibei Neighborhood and Chunxiao Neighborhood of Beilun. With 18 windmills, 80m in height, installed along the ridge, it turns out the mountainous wind power generation plant of largest unit capacity among all constructed ones in the province. Standing as an eye-catching spot on the ridge, it offers a panoramic view of Beilun Port Dock in the north and the Meishan Island in the south.
