Visitors could appreciate plum blossoms (Feb.) and Sakura (Mar.) in the national AAAA scenic spot, Jiufeng Mountain, peonies (Apr. - May) in Jiangnan Peony Garden, and roses (Apr. - Jun. and Sep. - Nov.) in Lisheng Rosary.
Plum blossom

The plum blossom garden in Wang'ao Scenic Spot of Jiufeng Mountain Scenic Site takes up nearly 100mu of land, breeding more than 3000 plum blossoms of over 30 varieties. There are dozens of precious ancient plum trees in the garden, with some 800 years of age. It is one of the most beautiful plum gardens in East China. When the plum blossoms are in full bloom in February, the Jiufeng Mountain Plum Blossom Festival will be held to please visitors with beautiful, snow-clad plum blossoms.

Sakura
As one of the most beautiful sakura gardens in the province, the Sakura Garden in the Wang'ao Scenic Spot of Jiufeng Mountain Scenic Site occupies a land of 30mu and harbors more than 1000 sakura trees. When the sakura flower is in full bloom in April each year, the Jiufeng Mountain Sakura Festival will be held for visitors to appreciate the thriving blossoms.
Rose

Sited in Beilun Modern Agricultural Park at the hillside of Eagle Mountain, the Lisheng Rosary in Ningbo features breathtaking natural landscape, as surrounded by mountains on three sides. Occupying over 100mu of land and harboring over 100,000 roses of 400 breeds, it's billed as one of the biggest eco-tourism bases in East China which integrates scientific research/popularization, cultivation and reproduction, processing and sales of roses, wedding photography, wedding ceremony and banquet, conference reception, self-help pickup, catering and accommodation, and leisurely sightseeing all in one. Roses in the rosary would bloom every season throughout a year, with most breeds embracing their flourish between April and June, and between September and November. Featuring diversified colors, the rosary embodies distinctive charm in different months.

Peony
Located in Beilun Modern Agricultural Park, the peony garden takes up a land of over 50mu, with over 15,000 roses in 8 colors and more than 150 breeds planted inside. Among them, there are some 300 peony flowers of precious varieties planted more than 50 years ago. Largest in size, and most-covered and most precious in varieties currently in the region south of Yangtze River, it has been praised and concerned about by the China Peony Association and scientific institutions for agricultural flowers. In the flourishing season from April to May, peony flowers would fully embody their beauties and delicacy. At this time, the peony garden would host the "Jiangnan Peony Festival".
