● The project is located in the south of Baifeng sub district of Beilun district, within the provincial level Meishan Bay Resort Area with convenient transportation. The planned area of the key scenic area is about 21.55 square km. The development target is to build a mountain holiday resort with the theme of sea view and astronomical observation. Total investment is about RMB 8 billion Yuan and the conceptual planning and design has been finished and investment attraction underway.

Ling Mountain Scenic Area

● Located in Daqi and Xiaogang sub district of Beilun District and adjacent to the exit of lingfeng in Chuanshan Cargo Evacuation Expressway, transportation to this project is very convenient. The scenic area boasts of Lingfeng Temple, an ancient temple for thousands of years and also the Taoist rites for Ge Hong, Yingluo Temple, Maoyang Temple and ancient road of Xiaozi Mountain. The development target of this scenic area is to be an international smart tourism town featuring Buddhism and Taoism, health protection, cultivating, high-tech cultural entertainment and leisure tourism and a national level AAAAA tourism area. The total investment is about RMB 6 billion Yuan and the conceptual planning and design has been finished and investment attraction underway.
