Beilun Data Investment Co., Ltd. was approved to register in January this year, and it was jointly established by Lunkai Company, a subsidiary of the Urban Construction Investment Group and Lunchuan Company, managed by the District Media Center under the Service Industry Group.

After its establishment, the company focuses on big data application, smart city construction, public data authorization operation and other businesses, covering digital intelligence government, digital transformation of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises, low-altitude economy, market-oriented configuration of data elements and other characteristic state-owned digital industry fields, and it is committed to building a full life cycle service system of “data collection-governance-application-transaction”.

It is reported that the establishment of Data Investment Company is a significant move for the District Urban Construction Investment Group, the District Service Industry Group and the District Media Center to implement the decision and deployment of the District Party Committee and District Government to build “Digital Beilun”.It is also the specific practice of promoting digital industrialization and advancing marketization. As the first state-owned enterprise in the whole district and the only one dedicated to the field of digital industry, the establishment of Data Investment Company will give full play to the platform advantages for digital industry incubation and strategic emerging industry.
