From September 8 to 11, the 24th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) was held in Xiamen, attended by businessmen from more than 100 countries and regions. Ningbo Economic and Development Zone, as one of the first national economic and development zones established in Zhejiang Province, participated in the Fair, and made a wonderful appearance in the opening ceremony of Zhejiang Pavilion, which allowed global businessmen to experience the strong momentum of Ningbo Economic and Development Zone in exhibition and interactive experience.

It is understood that the Fair, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, is committed to creating three major platforms of bilateral investment promotion, authoritative information dissemination and investment trend discussion. On the opening day of the Fair, Zhejiang Pavilion, taking the development process of the open platform of Zhejiang Province as the main line, and “Starting from Zhejiang, Building a Dream for the Future” as the theme, exhibited the achievements of Zhejiang's opening through the three chapters of “Achievement, Heritage and Restart”, and launched the initiative of “Restart Zhejiang’s Dream and Create New Brilliance” to the world.

At the event, Zhu Zhaoyin, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone, introduced to the participants the 40-year development process and achievements of Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone. He noted that in recent years, Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone has made remarkable achievements in industrial upgrading, scientific and technological innovation, business environment optimization and other aspects. He expressed hope that that the Fair would further showcase Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone’s investment environment, industrial strengths, development potential, and infinite business opportunities, attracting more domestic and international entrepreneurs investment and developing the industry, creating the future together.

During the fair, Ningbo Economic and Development Zone organized the exhibition of 9 exhibits from Beifa, Borine, Deye Inverter and SMIC Ningbo, attracting many domestic and international businessmen to learn about the products.
