Recently, the construction permit application for the planned road works on the south side of Geely Plot 1#and 2# has been completed, and the commencement report has been approved, marking that the Project has entered the entity construction stage.

The project includes planning roads on the south side of Geely 1#plot and the south side of Geely 2#plot, respectively, with a total length of about 710m. Among them, the planning road on the south side of Geely Plot 1#starts from Huaihe Road in the west, and ends on the planning road on the west side of Qingfan Industrial Park in the east, with a length of about 490m and a standard section width of 20m. A ground river-crossing bridge is set along the whole line. The planning road on the south side of Geely Plot 2#starts from Minjiang Road in the west, and ends on the planning road on the west side of Qingfan Industrial Park in the east, with a length of about 220m and a standard section width of 16m.

With asphalt concrete pavement, the two planned roads are urban branches. The main construction contents of the project covers new construction of roads, rainwater and sewage drainage, comprehensive pipelines, new construction of bridges, landscape greening construction and ancillary works of roads (intelligent street lamps), etc.

The construction of the planned road works on the south side of Geely Plot 1#and 2#c is able to perfect the road network, satisfying the traffic demand for external travel in the area, improving the road traffic service capacity of the east area of Beilun Phoenix City, and accelerating the comprehensive development and construction of this area.
