In the No. 1 workshop factory of the project, Yan Honghai the director of Haitian Precision Engineering High-speed and High-precision Mountainous Region Factory is coordinating with the construction party to complete the final finishing work, and it is planned that the No. 1 workshop factory will be fully put into production before the end of this year."

It is understood that the high-end CNC machine tool intelligent production base project in Haitian Precision Engineering High-end precision industrial park is one of the key projects around the "headquarters economy" promoted by Beilun District. The project covers an area of more than 320 mu, including the construction of constant-temperature intelligent workshop, national laboratory, test base, so that the production base of CNC machine tools and its key parts can be built. Among them, the total investment of the No. 1 workshop factory having been completed in June this year is 156 million yuan, and the other two workshop factories are in the construction of basic engineering.

"At present, the infrastructure of the office, the central air-conditioning and the weak current of the factory are still in  close process of decoration in the No. 1 workshop factory, and the rest of the workshop facilities have met the production requirements.” According to Yan Honghai, from October 1 this year, some workshops of the factory have been put into production one after another, mainly including High-precision and High-speed CNC machining centers."

In the constant-temperature intelligent workshop, the large-scale air-conditioning pipes are arranged neatly, showing a full sense of technology. The more high-precision production, the more stringent the requirements for the environment, Yan Honghai told reporters, the assembly workshop of constant-temperature and constant-control with 5,500 square meters and the precision processing workshop with 2,700 square meters were built in No. 1 workshop, by which the temperature can be controlled in ± 1 degrees Celsius, and the work of processing and assembly for the high-precision and high-speed numerical control products can be carried out after the workshop going into operation, so that the bottleneck problem of a batch of the core functional parts can be solved for Haitian Precision Engineering, then the production capacity of the enterprise will jump to a new level.

It is reported that the production of batch, flexibility, automation for the processing equipment of the core parts in the new energy vehicles will be carried out after the project being completed. Among them, the target of annual output value of 1 billion will be realized after the No. 1 Workshop Plant being fully put into production.
