On the evening of June 23, Qrunning Cable announced that the Company has successively received the Letter of Acceptance of relevant projects of State Grid Corporation of China and its industrial companies, with a total bid-winning amount of 831 million yuan (tax included). The projects cover many regions such as East China, Central China, Sichuan and Chongqing, Northwest and Northeast China, involving various products such as 10kV to 220kV power cables, low-voltage cables and overhead insulated conductors.

The main products of Qrunning Cable are wire and cable below 500kV, including power cable series products, electrical equipment spare wire and cable products and bare wire products, which are widely used in power, energy, transportation, intelligent equipment, petrochemical, metallurgy, industrial and mining, communication, construction engineering and other fields, and provide high-quality and efficient wire and cable products and engineering services for State Grid, China Southern Power Grid and its affiliated power companies, industrial and mining enterprises, various user construction projects and dealers.

It is reported that the scope of the bid-winning from eastern coastal Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, to central hinterland Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, and then to northeast Heilongjiang and northwest major town Shaanxi, the bid-winning projects cover more than 10 provinces. This not only marks the expansion of the market influence of Qrunning Cable from regional to national level, but also shows its industrial position in the core supplier system of State Grid.

The bidding products include high, medium and low voltage power cables, as well as control cables, wiring and other spare cables for electrical equipment.

It is understood that the winning of the above-mentioned projects will have a positive impact on the future business performance of Qrunning Cable. At present, the Company is signing a written contract with the project unit according to the requirements of the bidding documents, and the actual executed amount shall be subject to the formal contract.
