Beifa Group Reached Strategic Cooperation with Ghana
Updated: 2025-04-22

On April 19, Beifa Group signed a project cooperation agreement with Ghana, and the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of stationery R&D and manufacturing, supply chain construction and collaborative development of cultural and creative industries. The signing of this contract marks that the strategy of “Global Brand Supply Chain Network” of Befa Group has made a key breakthrough in the African market, and also provides a new example for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.

At the signing site, the two sides carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions on cooperation details, future development, and building a brand in the African cultural and creative market. “We want to push Beifa’s brand to Africa.” Wang Fujun, the director of Ghana Center, is full of fighting spirit.

The Ghana Center is the 15th brand center established by Beifa Brand Center and the fourth brand center in Africa. The cooperation will output mature cultural and creative industrial chain solutions in China through the mode of “standardized replication+localization operation”.

“The direction of the company’s operations has changed dramatically over the years by moving from product export to brand export, putting the customer experience first.” said Gu Yiduo, general manager of the international brand business center of Beifa Group, also said that as an emerging brand, it is easier for Beifa to establish brand recognition in the local market.

As a single national manufacturing champion in the stationery industry for more than 30 years, Beifa Group has built a global marketing network covering five continents through the digital platform of “Beifa International APP”. This project will work with more than 300 national “specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative” enterprises to create a full-scene product matrix covering pens, paper products and office equipment for the African market and build the first digital stationery supply chain hub in Africa.

“At present, the brand has completed the layout of all kinds of stationery, and has 5,000 SKU (inventory units), of which 2,000 SKU are in stock, which can fully meet the diversified purchasing demands of customers.” According to Gu Yiduo, the establishment of Beifa Brand Center is mainly focused on the countries along the “Belt and Road” and developing countries in Southeast Asia and Africa, and the African and Latin American markets are the top priority in this year’s work.

It is reported that this cooperation marks the acceleration of the implementation of the “Emerging Market Development Plan” of Beifa Group. According to the plan, the enterprise will build 10 to 15 brand centers in key regions such as Latin America and Southeast Asia this year, and it is expected that its total global layout will exceed 30, and finally build a global supply chain network covering 60 hub nodes. Through the deep coupling of digital platform and localized operation, Beifa is accelerating the realization of the supply chain response target of “72 hours global reach”.
