The nationwide tour in the second half of 2023 aiming to attract talents to Beilun District, with the theme of "Welcoming to Ningbo and living a colorful life in Beilun", came to Nanchang, Jiangxi Province on October 24th. It attracted 12 enterprises from Beilun District to participate, including TXC Corporation, Ningbo Tuopu Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Huashuo Technology Co., Ltd., Ningbo Deye Technology Co., Ltd., Techmation and Haibo Group, etc.

At 9 o'clock in the morning, students began to sit down to communicate with corporate recruiters one after another, promoting themselves to enterprises while understanding the recruitment needs of them at Nanchang Jiaotong Institute. "I have delivered my resume to both TXC Corporation and Ningbo Tuopu Group Co., Ltd. today given that they are suitable for what I have learned. Besides, working in Ningbo, a place famous for its manufacturing industry in our country, means that there will be more opportunities for learning and getting promotion in the future." said Gao Tianhao, a senior student from Nanchang Jiaotong Institute.

During this on-campus job fair, Zhejiang Huashuo Technology Co., Ltd. focused on the recruitment of both project assistant engineer and quality assistant engineer, with 20 graduates required. "As our company is in a period of rapid growth now, the demand for college students is gradually rising, because we need a lot of talent reserves for the construction of new factories." said Si Song, head of personnel administration of Zhejiang Huashuo Technology Co., Ltd.

Nanchang Jiaotong Institute, as the first site in Nanchang for key enterprises from Beilun District to stay for recruitment, began to cooperate with Beilun District in promoting employment for talents in 2018. Up to now, more than 200 graduates have been employed in Beilun.

This recruitment activity in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province will be carried out in 8 universities, including Nanchang Jiaotong Institute, East China University of Technology and Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, etc.

The nationwide tour in the second half of 2023 aiming to attract talents to Beilun District has been carried out in Jilin, Heilongjiang, Yunnan and other provinces, and 2,151 resumes have been received, reaching 206 initial intentions for employment.

From 2021 to 2022, a total of more than 500 college talents from Jiangxi province has been attracted to employ themselves in Beilun. In the first nine months of this year alone, Beilun has recruited 145 college graduates from Jiangxi Province, which is only a microcosm of the efforts made by Beilun to attract talents. In recent years, Beilun has innovated ways to introduce talents, focused on developing human resources in surrounding small and medium-sized "satellite cities", and successfully built six "satellite cities" with Xi 'an, Harbin, Hefei, Nanchang, Changchun and Lanzhou as the core to provide stable talents for the construction of "Youth Beilun". Until now, a total of more than 60 universities in the "satellite city" have been docked, 35 cooperation agreements have been signed, 15 strategic cooperation bases have been established, and more than 3,500 young talents have been introduced to Beilun every year.
