It is learned that the floor type CNC boring and milling machine made by Czech Skoda can be used to produce over 200 pieces of such large components in each year, and so it is the “important weapon” of Haitian Die Casting for mass production of high-end large die-casting equipment.
A distinctive spark is bursting out between “high-end manufacturing in Central and Eastern Europe” and “Ningbo Top Equipment”. Since the procurement of the first floor-type boring and milling machine weighing 50 tons from Czech Skoda by Haitian International Holdings Ltd., the parent company of Haitian Die Casting, the two companies have been cooperated for 20 years.

Le Xiaodong told the reporter that the current large cold chamber die casting machine produced by the company is mainly designed to meet the demands of the customers of new energy vehicle parts. “The components such as battery holder for traditional vehicles are mainly made of aluminum profile through welding, and so are found with the problems such as complex welding technology, multiple welding processes, low efficiency, large product weight. But now, the electric automobile pursuing lightweight requires for structural components of single die-casting. Our products can meet the development tendency of the industry.”
In order to further meet the production requirements, Haitian Zhisheng Die Casting Equipment Co., Ltd. signed an import contract on floor type boring and milling machine with the value of 70 million yuan with Czech Skoda in the second China-CEEC Investment and Trade Expo and the Import Procurement Signing Ceremony & Matchmaking Meeting of China International Consumer Products Expo held in the afternoon of June 9.
