Yulan Community stretches from Zhonghe Road in the east to Taishan Road in the south, No.1 Fengyang Road in the west and Huangshan Road in the north, covering an area of 1.35 km2. It is composed of 11 residential quarters such as Liren Garden, Donghai Mingyuan, Tangwan Renjia, Heyuan, Yiyuan Community, Siji Guihua Park and Jinxiu Qianzhang, involving 153 residential buildings, 6,654 residential houses and over 350 business houses. There are 15,000 permanent residents and over 6,900 mobile residents. The community has a beautiful environment and standard management, making it one of the urban communities at a higher level in Beilun District. Living in the community are over 600 overseas Chinese and their dependants, compatriots form Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas students as well as over 200 foreign residents from over 20 countries in the world. With a strong foreign-related atmosphere and rich international humanistic resources, the community is known as "Beilun UN". 
With the acceleration of construction of the core area of the "Belt and Road" comprehensive pilot region in Beilun, the beautiful and affluent harbor city has entered a new era in international construction.
