Yanhe Community established in January 2019 is by Yanhe River in the east and adjacent to West Taishan Road in the north and stretches to Middle Lushan Road in the south and Qiantang River Road in the west. With a total area of 0.88 km2, it is planned to accommodate 4,688 resident households. Four residential quarters have been built up, involving 2,884 households (566 in Qinglin Jiayuan, 2,135 in Guangming Lingshang, 88 in Yangguang Liting and 95 in Jiayuan Minglou). Plus 1,300 households in Bodi Film Show City Apartment, there will be 4,184 households in total. 504 relocated households from Tujia Shisifang will also be settled in the region. The community will also have dozens of enterprises and public institutions such as Beilun District, Ningbo (Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone) Tax Bureau of State Taxation Administration, CNOOC Ningbo Liquefied Natural Gas Co., Ltd., Zhejiang, Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone Shareholding Co., Ltd. and Jiabei Logistics Limited Liability Company and will be provided with living, shopping, catering, cultural and recreational facilities such as Lushan Food Market, Donggangwan Grand Hotel and Bodi Film Show City. 
Located in the urban gateway area of Beilun, it enjoys a good geographical location. Following the Belt and Road Initiative, Beilun is developing a famous international harbor city actively. As an important gateway area leading to the core business area of Beilun, the community is greatly enhancing international construction, strengthening the concept of international development and focusing on improving the construction of Bodi International Business District manifesting the modern urban style and features of Beilun. It is meanwhile optimizing the surrounding environment and creating an international atmosphere. Urban international development cannot be separated from young talents. The community is providing good international talent services and creating an "urban 'attractive' living room" service brand to establish a wonderful platform for young people based on the feature of gathering of young talents and businesses in the administrative region with an objective to "attract" talents, wisdom and business. 
As an emerging community, Yanhe has a long way to go in international community construction.
