Located in the Binhai International New City in Chunxiao Neighborhood, Ningbo Binhai International Cooperation School is a new education entity that offers a 12-year education package service. It occupies a land of 207mu and aggregates a floor area of 79,000m2. In a layout of one axis and two wings, it features courtyard-style buildings with low stories, large outdoor space and dense arrangement. Constructed in a Chinese-western mixed fashion, the school is hailed for its elegant appearance. With symbolic systems or cultural facilities on site, such as the school image signs, folk museum, east Zhejiang cultural corridor, and Nanshan Book House, it's known as a "Shangri-la School". Designed with 60 classes, the school keeps a student pool for not more than 2000. As of the 2018 academic year, the school is running 55 classes, with more than 1500 students. Currently, the school has 186 full-time teachers, with 2 senior teachers, 4 provincial-level superfine teachers, 10 foreign teachers, 19 outstanding backbone teachers at municipal level or above, and over 60 outstanding backbone teachers at all levels. All teachers have bachelor's degrees or above, including 4 doctors and 54 masters.
