Beilun District, with mountain forest covering an area of 380,000 mu (1 mu = 666.6666667 m2), is rich in vegetation resources and has a beautiful natural landscape. It is provided with woodland walks extending for over 100 km which play a role in beautiful scenery, delight in the wild, ecology and fitness.

Currently, 15 woodland walks, including Badakeng-Xiaotianlong Woodland Walk, Jiufeng Mountain Woodland Walk, Ancient Xiaozi Ridge Path, Taibai Mountain Woodland Walk, Ancient Maoling Path, Xiala-Longtan Woodland Walk, Ritou Mountain Woodland Walk, Liwai Fengling, Dongpan Mountain Woodland Walk, Yunyu Mountain Woodland Walk, Laoying Mountain Woodland Walk, Yishan, Xiaogang Village - Maoyang Temple Woodland Walk, Fenghuang Mountain Woodland Walk, and Guoju Zongtai Mountain Woodland Walk, together with Badakeng Woodland Walk, the greenest one in Beilun, and Niaokeng Woodland Walk in Shangchemen, Kunting, Chunxiao, form a cross woodland walk network extending for over two hundred kilometers.

Yunyu Mountain Woodland Walk

Located in Hetou Village, Chaiqiao and adjoining to Ruiyan Scenic Area, it is a municipal leisure tourism base for walking with a total length of 12 km, where there are orchards, forest barbecue sites, fortunella chintan trees and blueberries each covering an area of one hundred mu (1 mu = 666.6666667 m2), wild strawberries and wild flowers on some footpaths, making it worth visiting.

Xiala-Longtan Woodland Walk

Xiala-Longtan Woodland Walk, located in Xiala Village, Baifeng and with a total length of 6 km, includes reservoirs, waterfalls, streams, tea gardens, idyllic scenery, jungles and wind power generation, where visitors can look far into Meishan Island and Xiangshan Port. With picturesque scenery, it is a good place for citizens to relax themselves and get close to nature.

Bus: Take 712, 715 or 759-2 and get off at Xiala Stop.

Liwai Fengling Woodland Walk

Liwai Fengling Woodland Walk, located in Shangfu Village, Xiapu and with a total length of 4 km, is connected to Jiufeng Mountain Tourist Area, a 4A scenic area. There are reservoirs, waterfalls, streams, tea and bamboo gardens, cedars, jungles and peaks, forming picturesque scenery. Visitors can look far into Beilun urban areas, Beilun Port, Daxie, Chaiqiao and other places from there. It has clean air and a very beautiful environment.

Bus: Take 705 and get off at Shangfu Stop.

Xiaotianlong-Badakeng Woodland Walk

Xiaotianlong-Badakeng Woodland Walk, located in Chengwan Village, Daqi and with a total length of 8 km, is connected to Jiufeng Mountain Tourist Area, a 4A scenic area. There are reservoirs, waterfalls, streams, tea gardens, jungles, mountain peaks and temples, etc. It has clean air and a very beautiful environment.

Ancient Xiaozi Ridge Path - Yishan Maoyang Temple Woodland Walk

The ancient path is located between Lingfeng Temple, Daqi and Maoyang Temple, Xiaogang with a total length of 6.5 km, including Ancient Xiaozi Ridge Path 2.5 km long in total. With its ancient style substantially preserved and its scientific design, we can see the wisdom of our ancestors while walking on the ancient path. It has a fine environment. Visitors can overlook Beilun and Zhenhai urban areas and Beilun Port from there.

Bus: entrance to Xianfeng Village, Daqi: take 703-3 and get off at Xianfeng Stop; entrance to Yishan Village, Xiaogang: take 782 or 789 and get off at Yishan Village Stop.
